BUYER / ALICI — The person whose name, address and contact details are stated on the order form. Sipariş formunda belirtilen ad, adres ve iletişim bilgilerine sahip kişidir.

SUBJECT / KONU

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through ratyxtech.com, and sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, ALICI'nın ratyxtech.com üzerinden elektronik ortamda siparişini verdiği ürünün satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri gereğince tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.

PRODUCT AND PRICE / ÜRÜN VE BEDEL

The type, quantity, brand, colour, sale price and payment method of the product are as stated in the order summary. Prices are shown and charged in US Dollars. Import duties and taxes arising in the destination country are excluded.

Ürünün cinsi, miktarı, marka/modeli, rengi, satış bedeli ve ödeme şekli sipariş özetinde belirtildiği gibidir. Fiyatlar ABD Doları cinsinden gösterilir ve tahsil edilir. Varış ülkesinde doğabilecek ithalat vergileri hariçtir.

DELIVERY / TESLİMAT

The product is delivered to the address given by the Buyer within an average of 7-14 business days from order confirmation. Delivery is made from our supply partner's warehouses in the United States and the European Union. All shipments are tracked.

Ürün, sipariş onayından itibaren ortalama 7-14 iş günü içinde ALICI'nın bildirdiği adrese teslim edilir. Teslimat, tedarik ortağımızın ABD ve AB depolarından yapılır. Tüm gönderiler takip numaralıdır.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / CAYMA HAKKI

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For the exercise of this right and its exceptions, see the Refund Policy page.

ALICI, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkına sahiptir. Cayma hakkının kullanımı ve istisnaları için İade ve İptal Koşulları sayfasına bakınız.

PAYMENT / ÖDEME

Payments are made by credit card, debit card or the other methods offered at checkout, through the infrastructure of licensed payment institutions. Card details are not stored by the Seller.

Ödemeler kredi kartı, banka kartı veya ödeme sayfasında sunulan diğer yöntemlerle, lisanslı ödeme kuruluşları altyapısı üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgileri SATICI tarafından saklanmaz.

PERSONAL DATA / KİŞİSEL VERİLER

The Buyer's personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) on the basis set out in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice.

ALICI'nın kişisel verileri, 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde belirtilen esaslara göre işlenir.

DISPUTES / UYUŞMAZLIK

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.

İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde ALICI'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, aşan durumlarda Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

ENTRY INTO FORCE / YÜRÜRLÜK

By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.

ALICI, siparişi onayladığında işbu sözleşmenin tüm koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılır.
