RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without penalty. Send your withdrawal notice to info@ratyxtech.com together with your order number.

CONDITIONS

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Your order number or invoice must accompany the return. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover all shipping costs; if you are returning because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your expense.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@ratyxtech.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the correct return address for your item and send you instructions. Our products ship from our supply partner's warehouses in the United States and the European Union, so the return address varies by item. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed.

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us we issue the refund within 14 days, to the card used for the original payment. Depending on your bank it may take a further 2-10 business days to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

EXCLUSIONS

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (such as in-ear headphones), personalised items, and items damaged through misuse are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
