ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Average delivery time is 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the item and its shipping origin.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Our products are shipped directly from our supply partners' warehouses, located in the United States, the European Union, and Asia depending on the item. We select the closest available warehouse for each order whenever possible to keep delivery times predictable.

DESTINATIONS

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, European Union member states and Turkiye.

TRACKING

Every shipment has a tracking number. You receive the tracking number and a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is in transit.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Any import duties, taxes or handling fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

MULTIPLE PARCELS

If your order contains items stocked in different warehouses, they ship separately and each parcel has its own tracking number.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the recipient did not accept delivery, the cost of reshipping is payable by the customer.
