PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE (KVKK)

The data controller is the company identified above. We provide this notice to inform you in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

Identity data (name, surname); contact data (email, phone, delivery and billing address); customer transaction data (order history, cart information, return requests); transaction security data (IP address, cookie records, browser information); financial data (payment amount and transaction reference). Card numbers are not stored by us; payments are processed through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL GROUNDS

Your data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling and delivering your order, responding to customer support requests, managing returns and withdrawal processes, and complying with legal obligations, based on the legal grounds of contract formation and performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest under KVKK Article 5/2. Commercial electronic messages are only sent with your explicit consent.

TRANSFER

Your data may be transferred to our supply and logistics partners for order delivery, to the payment institution for completing the payment transaction, to our e-commerce platform provider for infrastructure services, and to authorized public institutions and organizations in the event of a legal request. Because deliveries are made from warehouses in the United States and the European Union, your address and contact data are transferred abroad.

RETENTION PERIOD

Your data is retained for the periods stipulated by applicable legislation (10 years for commercial and tax records); at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction, to object to a result that arises against you through analysis by automated systems, and to request compensation if you suffer damage.
